This policy explains what information EVX Futures ("we", "us") collects when you use evxfutures.com and how it is used.

Information we collect

• Email address — when you join the newsletter or offer alerts. Newsletter delivery is handled by beehiiv.
• Account data — if you create an account, your email and the trading accounts and P&L entries you add to your dashboard. Only you can view your dashboard data.
• Usage data — pages visited, referring site, device and browser type, collected through site analytics.
• Link clicks — when you click a partner link, we record that click and may add tracking parameters so the partner can credit the referral.
• Browser storage — saved preferences, trader profile answers and sign-in sessions are stored in your browser.

How we use it

To send newsletters you requested, run your account and dashboard, power tools like the firm matcher, understand which pages are useful, and receive affiliate credit. We do not sell your personal information.

Third parties

We use service providers for hosting, sign-in, database storage, email delivery (beehiiv) and AI features. Partner prop firms, Whop, YouTube and trading tools are independent sites with their own privacy policies; review them before sharing information there.

Your choices

Unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email. You can clear browser storage in your browser settings. To request access to or deletion of your data, email deeanthonytrades@gmail.com.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
