What Are Apex Trader Funding's Payout Rules and Activation Fees?
Apex 50K PA payout rules explained: qualifying days, $500 minimum, $52,600 balance, 50% consistency, payout caps and Standard vs No Activation Fee.
How do Apex payouts work on a 50K PA?
After passing the evaluation, you trade a Performance Account (PA). Apex pays 100% of approved payouts. On the 50K Intraday PA you need 5 trading days with $200+ profit each; on the 50K EOD PA you need 5 trading days with $250+ profit each before requesting. These figures come from Apex's help center, checked November 1, 2026. Always confirm the current wording for your exact account before planning a withdrawal.
What balance do you need before requesting?
On a 50K PA, Apex lists a $52,600 minimum balance to request a payout, with a $52,100 safety net, and a $500 minimum payout. Hypothetical example: at $53,200 you are $600 above the request threshold, so a $500 request still leaves you above $52,600. Requesting everything above the start balance can leave no cushion against the drawdown.
Does the 50% consistency rule apply?
Yes. Apex PAs carry a 50% consistency rule, so no single trading day should make up more than half of the profit counted for the payout. Neither the Intraday nor EOD evaluation has a consistency rule, which surprises many traders when they reach the PA. Use the consistency calculator with your real daily numbers before you request.
How many payouts and how much per payout?
Apex lists a maximum of 6 payouts per PA. On the 50K Intraday PA, caps rise from $1,500 to $2,000, $2,500, $2,500, $3,000 and $3,000. The EOD PA uses a separate cap table, so do not reuse the Intraday numbers for an EOD account.
Standard vs No Activation Fee: what changes?
Standard evaluations require a separate PA activation payment once you pass; we have not verified that amount, so check checkout. No Activation Fee removes that additional activation payment, but it does not remove the evaluation purchase or any payout rules. The qualifying days, $500 minimum, consistency rule and caps still apply either way.
How do you save on an Apex account?
Use the EVX partner link and code Deeanthony at checkout. Sales change often, so the final price shown before payment is what counts. Compare Intraday vs EOD and Standard vs No Activation Fee on the Apex card before buying, and read the full Apex review for evaluation rules. Futures trading involves substantial risk; passing an evaluation does not guarantee a payout.
