Common questions
Is the EVX Flow Trading Blueprint for beginners?
Yes. The blueprint was designed to be simple enough for newer traders to understand while still providing value for experienced traders looking for a structured framework.
Do I need Thinkorswim to use the EVX Flow model?
No. However, I personally use Charles Schwab and Thinkorswim for charting, trade execution, and pulling weekly expected move levels from the options chain. Any platform that allows you to view option expected moves and chart price action can be used.
How often are EVX levels updated?
Once per week.
What is the difference between a mean reversion trade and a momentum trade?
Mean Reversion Trades occur when price becomes stretched near EVX +2, +3, -2, or -3 and begins moving back toward equilibrium. Momentum Trades occur when price confirms strength or weakness and begins moving from one EVX level toward the next.
Do I need to join the EVX Trading Room to use this Blueprint?
No. The blueprint is designed to be a standalone educational resource.
